Hi-Lites Aveda is different than any other salon around. I made it that way because my dream and vision was to “create and environment unlike any other”. In order to create the dream I needed to reinvent the salon world. I wanted to groom every member of my team to be the best they can be. Not only professionally but personally.
In order to do that I needed to become a Master Trainer in the State of California. Which allows me the ability to personally train each Designer on my team to become licensed Cosmetologist. I not only train them how to do 'Hair”, I mold them into great “people”. By treating them with respect and helping them to “better their best”.
