Part of being a “Lifestyle” salon is to share your business numbers with Aveda so that they can learn what it is we are doing and share it with other
Aveda salons to help them to learn our best practices. Once a year we meet
and the President of Aveda breaks it all down and we get to see how each of
us are doing. Hi-Lites was honored this year by coming in #1 under the
category of RPT (revenue per ticket). We did break outs and shared our best
practices in our categories of strength and sat on fast fire panels.
