Darla My name is Darla Di Grandi-Aguilera, I have been licensed since 1986 and a salon owner since 1989. I started in this business when it was commission only and an environment of .. that's my client not yours so don't even look or talk in my direction. If I worked all day and didn't have a client, I didn't make a dime. And God forbid if a client was to dare get caught trying a different stylist. 	Jim Hi, my name is Jim Aguilera.  I came to the Desert in February of 1998.  I was attending Cal State San Bernardino full time and decided to help my friend who owned Hi-Lites.  She needed a part time front desk person, so I took the job in April of 1998.  Eventually I became Manager when an opening presented itself.  Now I am the General Manager and Co-Owner.  I have helped this company grow from 7 employees to 30+ and from 1600 sq ft to 5700 sq ft.  I love this industry, our team and our guests.
	Chris I'm Chris, thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I have been with Hi-Lites Aveda since March of 1999 and feel very blessed to be apart of this team. I know that as soon as you come in, you'll get to experience how I feel everyday in our team environment.
