No-Tipping
We are the valley's only no-tipping salon establishment
and strongly enforce our no-tipping policy.
We are true purefessionals in our field and the biggest
tip you can give us is to refer us to your friends
and family.
Privacy & Comfort
Your privacy & comfort are of the utmost importance
to us. Spa treatments require various levels of
undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate
methods of draping. Although your therapist will
discuss a complete overview of the procedure you
will experience, please feel free to ask questions or
make special requests.
Scheduling/Cancellation
We understand that you sometimes need to change
your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24-
hours notice if you must cancel your reservation.
However, 48-hours notice is required if you have
reserved 3 or more services.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. If
no notice is given, a cancellation fee may be charged
to your credit card. It is not uncommon for your stylist to be fully booked up to a month in advance.
To ensure that you have the time you desire, we
recommend you pre-schedule your next appointment
prior to leaving.
All services are guaranteed within one week of the original service. All products are guaranteed for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
Purefessionals
All of our staff are highly-skilled purefessionals and
are well-trained in client safety and comfort. They
will take the utmost care in providing you with the
best possible experience.
Children
We ask that child care arrangements are made prior
to your reservation so that you can enjoy your visit to the
fullest.
