Here at Hi-Lites, we are truly blessed to have become so successful and to have such privilege to work on our wonderful guests. Some truly amazing people come to our salon, and we believe in paying success and goodwill forward. This is why we are very involved in our community, and search out ways in which we can give back. We believe that when you do good, and for the right reasons, then good will come back to you in turn. Of course, we could not have accomplished anything if it weren't for the show of 100% support by our guests and friends.

Here are some of our most recent projects;

Raising money in conjunction with Aveda International to be contributed to the Surfrider Campaign for Cleaner Water during Earth month 2008

Raising money to be contributed to finding a cure for breast cancer during Breast Cancer Awareness month. During this time we worked with Gilda's Club to sponsor gift bags for local cancer survivors, as well as held a Wig Wash and Style for women who had lost their hair from chemotherapy.

Donated our time, talent and resources at Martha's Village Homeless Shelter to provide haircuts for those who were preparing to rejoin the working world.

Opened our doors to children and foster parents from a local Foster Support Agency called For the Children and provided makeovers and grooming product gift bags.

Raised money and collected bikes, toys and gifts to provide to local foster children during the Holiday Season.

Hold monthly blood drives at our salon with the Community Bloodbank, and reward every donator with a free shampoo, haircut and blow dry style.
