Sip from a cup of Aveda Comforting Tea and take a guided tour of our salon. Make yourself comfortable and protect your clothing by changing into a fresh smock in our locker room. Your belongings will be secure in your very own locked cubby, and we support a cell-phone free environment. Of course, if you need to keep your phone with you, we ask that you kindly set it to vibrate.

The next thing you will notice is the subtle atmospheric blend of Aveda’s own Pure Plant Essential Aromas. Unlike a conventional salon, our products use no synthetic or chemical perfumes. Your stylist will be friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to listen to you. You can feel confident in knowing that they are 100% committed to providing you with excellent service and solving all of your color needs and styling challenges.

Here at Hi-Lites Aveda we love to let you relax, so choose a service from our Complementary Service Menu to be performed during your visit. These services include a soothing Hand Ritual massage, a Stress Relieving neck massage, an Aromatic Steam Towel on your face during your shampoo, or a 5 minute make-up application after your reservation. If time permits, we may even be able to indulge you with more than one!

Even our shampoo is not just an ordinary shampoo. Our shampoos and conditioners are of the highest quality and each aroma is made from 100% pure natural plant aroma, no harsh chemicals or stripping agents. Inside our separate, candle-lit Hair Spa, settle back into a warm, vibration massage chair. Then, experience a relaxing Blue Oil neck massage, followed by a ten minute cleanse and condition with sensuous scalp massage.

Also while enjoying your hair services with us; you will get to experience our Team Booking approach to hairstyling. Here at Hi-Lites Aveda our entire staff is excellently trained in technical skill, creative ability and guest satisfaction. Your main hair services will be performed by your individual stylist, but you may have another team member massage your hands, give you a relaxing Hair Spa experience, or provide you with a beautiful blow-dry style. Hi-Lites Aveda is also an Apprenticeship Salon, so you may even observe some training.

Yes, we get that a lot around here. It’s new, and different, and to you we hope it’s refreshing. Here at Hi-Lites we are professionals in our industry. No offer of tip will make us work any harder at making you look and feel amazing. To us, the best tip you could possibly offer is to refer your friends, family and co-workers. We highly recommend saving the cash you were going to use as a tip and invest in your home-maintenance products. These will extend the life of your fabulous color, and allow you to re-create your style at home. And don’t worry, as stylists here at Hi-Lites Aveda we are highly compensated for our work. Unlike conventional salons, we have no stations to rent and no products or tools to buy, everything is provided for us. This system ensures that you receive consistently beautiful results, every time you are here.
